HV Hygiene Rewards

We have some exciting news! Our office will now be rewarding our awesome patients for good hygiene. HV points (HV bucks) are for patients in active treatment (have Braces or Invisalign). To receive HV points at your appointment you will need to score a 4 or 5 on the Crest Hygiene Rating Scale to qualify. We will then award points in four categories: clean teeth, no broken brackets or appliances, great headgear and elastic wear, being on time for your scheduled appointment and not missing your prior visit. You will be able to redeem your rewards points for the categories listed below.

HV Rewards points will be awarded by the clinical staff. They will be the judge of good hygiene, elastic/headgear compliance and breakage. Your check in time will determine that you arrived on time for your scheduled appointment. Points will not be awarded for repair, observation, retention, wire removal or emergency appointments.

Points available for regularly scheduled appointments: 20

Good oral hygiene – 5
No bent/broken appliances - 5
Good elastic wear/headgear cooperation - 5
On time for appointment/prior appointment not missed - 5

HV Rewards points are non-transferable between family and friends.

This program applies to current patients in active treatment (have Braces or Invisalign) at Hurley & Volk Orthodontics.

Gift cards, points and other prizes are not redeemable for cash.
